1. Can I add/remove/change items in an existing order?
We are unable to add/remove/change items on an existing order. If you would like to make a change, please email us immediately and we can try to cancel your order instead. If we are able to cancel the order, you will need to place a new order for the item(s) you want. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
2. I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on www.mrktstore.com is in live mode. There is a chance that another customer is looking at that exact item, size, and color at the moment you are. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. On the rare occasion that this does happen, and your checkout goes through, our customer service was notify you.
3. When placing an order, I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
It is highly possible you entered the wrong credit card information, or the information of an expired account, please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Keep in mind we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payment.
4. Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
If an item you order from www.mrktstore.com goes on sale on our site within 7 days of your original purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to make the adjustments to your payment.
5. Do you sell gift cards?
Not currently, but we plan to in the future. Check back for updates.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all orders.
7. Can I use PayPal to pay?
Yes you can. There is an option to select PayPal upon check out.
8. Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on your site?
The mrktstore.com website is powered by SHOPIFY.com, the most trusted commerce platform in the world. M.R.K.T. does not hold credit card information or process payments directly. The transaction is carried out on SHOPIFY.com servers.
9. Do you charge sales tax on any item?
M.R.K.T. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arizona, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

11. How long does it take to ship?
M.R.K.T makes every effort to ship your order out as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to two business days to process your order for shipping. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The shipping time will vary by final destination and shipping options chosen.
If you select 2nd Day Air, please note that it still takes up to two business days to process your order. Once it leaves the warehouse, it will take another two business days to reach you. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
12. Can I change a shipping address?
Once an item is ordered, it is immediately logged into our system and the shipping label is printed. Changing an address can be a bit tricky and cause a delay in the package moving out of our warehouse. We suggest you keep the address originally entered. If you have given us a completely incorrect address, don't worry we can try to get you sorted. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
13. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO addresses?
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/AFO addresses
14. How do I know where my package is? Do you give me a tracking number?
Once your order ships out, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number.
15. How do you calculate shipping fees?
Shipping fees are based on a per package rate. The rate is a standard delivery fee set by the current market rates set by UPS and is clearly stated at checkout.
16. What can cause my order to be delayed?
There could be two possible reasons:
1. If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
2. We all love sending gifts to others and ourselves as much as we love receiving them. However, if you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, your order may be delayed.
17. Do you take returns?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from M.R.K.T., you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume the responsibility for the return shipping charges.
Please email us at email@example.com for details on where to return an item and to get a Return Authorization number.
When sending the package back to us, please make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box. The best would be to use the shipping box we sent your order in. If you do decide to use the used shipping box, be sure to remove or cover any labels on the outside of the box. A black marker can be used to cover any existing barcodes. Attach the new shipping label to the sealed box.
18. Can I get a return label?
At this time, M.R.K.T. does not offer return labels. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns. We recommend using a traceable method such as FedEx or UPS to ensure that your package does not get lost. M.R.K.T is not responsible for lost packages.
20. Can I exchange an item?
At this time, M.R.K.T. does not provide exchanges. You may return the item for a full refund and place a new order at any time for a different item.
21. How long does it takes for me to get a refund?
It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach the fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48-72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
22. I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your gift from M.R.K.T. you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The refund can only go back onto the card that was used to purchase the item(s).
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer return labels at this time. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to return an item. We will need to know the name the order was placed under to process the return.
23. What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies in my browser?
A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer's hard drive. In order to maintain privacy, cookies are not used to store personal information. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.
When you have your cookies enabled on your browser you will be able to use all the functions of the mrktstore.com site. Cookies need to be enabled on your browser so you can add products to your shopping cart.
